Do I have to sign a contract?

No! We don't do contracts; just sign up for service when you need it and cancel anytime.


Will someone help me set up my equipment?

Yes! A trained technician will come to your location, set up all your equipment, and test your signal to ensure everything is working properly.


How do I contact customer service?

Customer support for billing, technical or other service issues is available during regular business hours by calling our office. A local, live person will be happy to assist you! Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm.


What happens if I need service outside normal business hours?

The after-hours support number is 888-594-2905. Leave us a message and we will respond no later than the next business day. We do always try to expedite urgent requests. You can also email us at sales@connect-point.net.


How does wireless Internet service work?

Essentially, the internet is made accessible via your router, then converted into a radio signal and broadcast. The wireless network card in your computer picks up your router's signal.
